Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Manager in Nursing with 3 years of previous experience as an RN and 1-2 years of management/leadership experience. The role involves leadership, staff scheduling, and quality assurance.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years previous experience as an RN
- 1-2 years previous education and management/leadership experience
- RN certification from a nationally recognized accrediting organization
- BSN in process of completion
- RN licensed by the State of California
- American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, AND PALS at time of employment
- CPI required within 30 days of hire
