People Operations Manager

Manage end-to-end HR processes, HRIS optimization, payroll operations, and team leadership for a global talent acquisition and HR solutions company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 7–10 years of progressive HR Operations experience in a corporate or multi-location environment
• Deep expertise in employee lifecycle management and end-to-end payroll operations, with proven payroll team management experience
• Advanced proficiency in Workday, including system administration, reporting, configuration, and user support
• Experience in HR data governance, analytics, and system integrations
• Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR compliance requirements
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical mindset to translate HR data into actionable operational insights
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and operational excellence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
