Telecommunications Technician

The Telecommunications Technician will facilitate employee training, deliver technical instruction, and provide support to ensure learning outcomes. They will also consult with other trainers and track data for training reports.

Requirements

• 6-9 years field industry experience of installation of structured cabling – preferably fiber
• Telecommunication Industry Certifications, preferably BICSI
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
• Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
• Professional appearance and demeanor
