Senior Recruiter (84820)

Senior Recruiter responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates to meet the company's hiring needs, working closely with department leadership and using recruiting software and tools.

Requirements

• A competitive mindset and a desire to work within a world-class recruiting team.
• Expert-level experience in the full-cycle recruitment process.
• High level of proficiency with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Hands-on experience with candidate databases and resume aggregators.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation.
• Familiarity with social media and other professional networks (like GitHub, LinkedIn, etc).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Interpersonal skills including tact, patience, and courtesy.
