Senior Recruiter responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates to meet the company's hiring needs, working closely with department leadership and using recruiting software and tools.
Requirements
- A competitive mindset and a desire to work within a world-class recruiting team.
- Expert-level experience in the full-cycle recruitment process.
- High level of proficiency with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
- Hands-on experience with candidate databases and resume aggregators.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation.
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks (like GitHub, LinkedIn, etc).
- Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Interpersonal skills including tact, patience, and courtesy.
