Director, Strategic Finance

The Director, Strategic Finance is the organization’s senior financial planning and analysis (FP&A) leader, responsible for translating financial data into actionable intelligence and driving executive and ownership decision-making. The role will build repeatable planning systems, lead the development of new reporting capabilities, and serve as the primary finance liaison to lenders, investors, and cross-functional department leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, management consulting, or corporate strategy
• Demonstrated experience building and managing full-cycle budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Deep proficiency in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and variance analysis across the financial statements
• Proven track record managing and developing a small, high-performing team
