Trade Support Engineer

Interactive Brokers seeks a Trade Support Engineer to join their Technical Operations team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will monitor the health of applications, analyze and troubleshoot operational issues, and provide internal technical support.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and must be fluent in English
• A Bachelor's or apprenticeship in a technical discipline
• A working knowledge of general computing concepts, networking, the Linux operating system and related technologies
• The ability to analyze and solve problems promptly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work day shifts during Hong Kong business hours, including weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis
