Intercom is looking for a Principal Product Marketing Manager to own the narratives that shape how the company wins in market, develop field and campaign narratives, and drive impact through strategic thinking and execution.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or competitive intelligence at a B2B SaaS company
- Ability to build and execute competitive strategy end-to-end
- Strong editorial judgment and ability to write for different audiences
- Understanding of AI and technical products
- Systems thinking and ability to build frameworks for others to use
