Construction Site Supervisor Civil Engineering (Water and Sanitation projects)

We are seeking to employ a Construction Site Supervisor to supervise turnkey sanitation projects. The role involves planning, coordinating, budgeting, and managing the construction of projects from inception to completion.

Requirements

• Managing and instructing workers, ensuring safety, and planning work
• Managing orders and deliveries of construction materials, Completing records for site reports, and Approving reports.
• Setting work schedules, Ensure safety: Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety regulations, Monitor progress: Track the project's progress and address issues
• Ensure quality: Ensure high-quality work and compliance with project plans and specifications, Plan resources: Plan and allocate resources effectively, Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with project managers, site agent, and other stakeholders
• Report on progress: Prepare and submit reports on project progress, Read and understand drawings, and other technical documents, Train workers: Teach construction workers about site safety practices, Helping project managers plan work, Coordinating construction plans, and Allocating work.
• Implement the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act and any recommendations from audits carried out within the project environment
