The Senior Technical Assistance Officer (STAO) provides leadership in fundraising, partner engagement, and strategic oversight of externally financed resources for the IMF's capacity development programs.

Requirements

• Lead fundraising efforts
• Prepare and negotiate contribution agreements
• Design new funding vehicles and mechanisms
• Oversee management of externally financed resources
• Represent ICDGP in partner governance meetings
• Ensure consistency with IMF policies and alignment with partners' priorities
• Prepare briefing materials and management-ready outputs
• Oversee evaluations of IMF donor funded vehicles
