Corporate Travel Consultant

Global Travel Collection (GTC), part of Internova Travel Group, is seeking a Corporate Travel Consultant to provide highly personalized travel consulting services to valued customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the Sabre reservation system and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or at least three (3) years of experience as a full-time travel agent, booking domestic and international travel, using public and private carriers.
• Strong knowledge of Sabre reservation system (preferably in graphical mode) including GDS formats, short cuts, enhancements, pricing, fare calculations, e-ticketing, and exchanges.
• Knowledge of an Online booking tool (Concur) and use of finishing scripts in Sabre a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly relay information to clients and counsel them on all their travel options.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to respond to clients when necessary.
• Excellent dispute resolution skills.
• Must be well-organized and detail oriented.
