
Job description
Lead software engineering team to deliver high-quality software products on time and within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software meets customer needs and is delivered with a high level of quality.
Manage engineering resources, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and processes to improve software development efficiency and effectiveness.
5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role. Strong technical expertise in software development, including expertise in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or Ruby.
