Preventive Maintenance Coordinator

Role Overview

As a Preventive Maintenance Coordinator, you combine the roles of planner, preparer, and maintenance coordinator to ensure maintenance activities are performed safely, efficiently, and at the right time. You work closely with maintenance leads and are responsible for preparing work orders and inspections.

What You Will Do

You will prepare and maintain maintenance plans, prepare work activities, schedule internal and external maintenance activities, request quotes, and monitor statutory inspections and compliance.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will have a coaching role towards maintenance mechanics and a warehouse manager, and will be responsible for further developing and improving the MP&S process.

Requirements

• Completed education at MBO 4 or HBO level in mechanical engineering, technical business administration, or a comparable field
• At least 3 years of experience in a production company
• Analytical skills to understand problems by asking the right questions
• Self-starting and able to plan and organize in a dynamic work environment
• Affinity with continuous improvement methods
• Good command of the Dutch language
