Director or VP of Sales (with path to Chief Commercial Officer)

Interstellar Lab is seeking a Director or VP of Sales to lead the commercialization of their BioPods and associated services to large beauty, fragrance, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical companies. The role involves building and executing a sales plan, managing a sales pipeline, and overseeing pricing and contracting with C-level executives. The company focuses on building a future with life, on Earth and beyond, through bio-precision and sustainable practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of B2B sales leadership experience in cosmetics, fragrance, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, or plant-based ingredient supply chains.
• Proven track record of closing complex, seven-figure deals with Fortune 500 or equivalent enterprises.
• Existing network of C-level contacts in target industries.
• Fluent in French (native or bilingual) with full professional proficiency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred, but not required.
• Regular travel (30-50%) across the U.S. and Europe.
