Senior Maintenance Technician – HVAC and Critical Systems

As a Senior Maintenance Technician – HVAC and Critical Systems, you will ensure the reliability and continuous operation of Interstellar Lab's assets. The role requires a methodical, hands-on, and problem-solving mindset.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC, industrial cooling, or technical maintenance environments
• Strong hands-on diagnostic and troubleshooting skills in real operating conditions
• Ability to work confidently on non-standard, complex technical systems
• Skills in electrical systems and / or plumbing are a strong advantage
• Ability to read and understand technical diagrams and schematics
• Patient, methodical, and rigorous approach to maintenance and repair work
• Proactive mindset with the ability to propose technical improvements
• Curious, adaptable, and comfortable working in environments with uncertainty
• Fluent in French with professional proficiency in English
