Global Supply Chain Manager

Role Overview

This high-impact leader will drive strategic insights and execution for global logistics, global supply chain and capacity planning, and production planning. The role is the cornerstone of our business success by ensuring that we serve our customers better, faster, and more efficiently.

What You Will Do

Lead a team, analyze supply chain network design and footprints, develop high-level models to support inventory optimization, assess inventory planning processes and systems, and implement transformation plans to drive proposed changes in transportation, freight optimization, warehousing & distribution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, and warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in leadership role managing teams.
• Proven experience leading teams of project managers, warehouse staff, or cross-functional teams to successfully complete complex projects and achieve operational goals.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and data analysis tools.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving business objectives.
• In-depth understanding of inventory management, logistics, transportation, and warehouse optimization techniques.
