Manufacturing Manager

Role Overview

Manage daily operations in a plant, providing leadership and direction to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are achieved. The Manufacturing Manager will oversee department supervisors, assign workloads, and advocate for employee safety and health.

What You Will Do

Identify, develop, and prioritize manufacturing plans to achieve service, quality, and productivity goals. Implement and sustain IPS performance metrics, and assist in moving plant activities towards assigned certification goals.

Requirements

• B.S. in Engineering, Business Administration, or other technical discipline
• 3+ years' experience in a supervisor or manager role
• Proficient use of computer-based skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and web-based technologies
• Demonstrated manufacturing-based project management and continuous improvement skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
