Job description
Join the IPG Team as a Process Engineer and contribute to enhancing the safety, quality, and efficiency in the manufacturing of IPG's products. As a member of the Engineering department, you will work closely with the Engineering Manager to develop and implement production methods and controls to meet quality standards in the most cost-efficient manner.
Develop and conduct employee training sessions, recommend equipment and processes for new products, investigate and provide remedies for manufacturing process problems, and maintain detailed records and orderly files on assigned projects.
If you have a strong interest in continuous improvement processes and lean manufacturing initiatives, excellent troubleshooting skills, and solid data analytic skills, this role may be a good fit for you. You will have opportunities to work on sustainable practices, such as zero landfill or C2C, and contribute to building a greener future.
