Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an Assistant General Manager role at a premier private golf club, hotel, or upscale/fine dining restaurant
- Extremely high attention to detail
- Proven track record of developing and managing a world-class F&B program
- Demonstrated ability to manage a P&L
- Proven leadership skills
