Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within tech, gaming, or fast-paced environments
• Solid understanding of technical roles and hiring challenges
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and ATS platforms (Recruitee or similar)
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English
• Strong stakeholder management skills, attention to detail, and a candidate-first mindset
