Solar Asset Performance Engineer II, Operations Engineering

As a Solar Performance Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to a large fleet of third-party owned operational PV facilities to maximize performance and reliability. Responsibilities include providing first-line engineering support, collaborating with cross-functional groups, identifying equipment reliability issues, and developing procedures for safe and efficient operation of solar facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
• 1-4+ years of experience in engineering, systems integration, or technical support roles
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Problem solving and critical thinking
• Competency in data analysis and visualization
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools
