Requirements
- Provide day-to-day application support in live SAP production environments
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
- Deliver Change Requests (CRs) end-to-end (analysis, configuration, testing, deployment)
- Support incident management and troubleshooting activities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Participate in system enhancements, implementations, and optimisation initiatives
- Ensure alignment with business processes and system capabilities
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing
