Leasing Consultant Apartment Community

Join Investment Property Group as a Leasing Consultant at Elevate Apartments in Minneapolis, MN. We're seeking a dedicated individual with strong sales and leasing skills to support our community-focused team. As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be responsible for leasing, marketing, and resident relations, working closely with our property manager and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless living experience for residents.

Requirements

• 1+ years' experience as a leasing agent at a multifamily community of 100+ units
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster positive relationships with residents
• Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle conflict resolution and complaints, and provide high-level customer service
• Proficiency in property management software (i.e., Yardi Voyager, CRM Flex, Blue Moon, Rent Café, Vendor Café, Client Central)
