- Experience with a demanding target group (e.g. entrepreneurs, investors)
- Quick understanding and fast decision-making ability

- Structured and solution-oriented approach
- Experience with digital customer processes and CRM systems
- Talent for building relationships and customer retention
- Professional final strength and goal orientation
- Sovereign handling of digital tools (Zapier, Slack, Asana etc.)
- Experience with membership platforms or online course systems is an advantage
- Confident appearance in calls, meetings, and live formats
