Microsoft Technical Consultant

Role Overview

The Microsoft Technical Consultant will support customers in their deployment of relevant Assessment tools, and support them in defining a roadmap to achieve their strategic goals through the adoption of Microsoft Cloud technologies. The role requires strong technical acumen, project management skills, and the ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels of a customer organization.

What You Will Do

Deliver all components of an Assessment, including engagement with Microsoft Stakeholders and Field Sellers, requirements communication and kickoff, discovery, analysis, presentation, cross-team coordination, tracking, and workshops.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Successful candidates will have a C2 level of English proficiency, technical experience in cloud services or SAAS products, customer or client-facing experience, and experience within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Requirements

• C2 level of Hindi & English proficiency
• Technical experience in cloud services or SAAS products such as M365, O365, Azure, Copilot (at least 1 of them) or cloud services competitors of Microsoft
• Customer or client-facing experience, making presentations
• Experience within the Microsoft ecosystem
• 1-2 years’ experience in IT service/support, seeking to leverage those skills in an analytic role
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and present data
• Demonstrated ability to manage a queue of projects concurrently with little supervision – project & time management, coordination, status updates, etc.
• Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
