Regional Vice President of Retail Sales APAC

The Regional Vice President of Retail Sales APAC will lead a high-performance sales organization to achieve revenue targets, new product sales goals, and gross margin goals across all product categories. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales and channel strategies, driving consistent execution and improvement in key organization targets, and growing and managing the company's winning sales organization.

Requirements

• Develop and lead a high-performance Sales organization that achieves revenue targets, new product sales goals, and gross margin goals across all product categories
• Create and execute Sales and Channel strategies to acquire new customers and open new vertical markets
• Drive consistent execution and improvement in the achievement of key organization targets, including revenue and margin growth, accurate forecasting, and expansion of customer accounts
• Grow and manage the company's winning sales organization, which includes Strategic Account Managers, Business Development Managers, Inside Business Development Representative and the Business partner network across the APAC region
