Job Description
INX International is seeking Mill/Mixer Operators to work a 3rd shift on a high-volume printing ink manufacturing production line. This role involves weighing, mixing, clogging, and quality control, utilizing a TPM system to optimize equipment and maintain quality. The company emphasizes sustainability and employee development.
Requirements
- Training on TPM operations
- Attention to detail
- Reliability and ability to work overtime
- Autonomous Maintenance (AM) experience
- Good attendance
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Active role with disciplinary teams
- Forklift experience (training available)
