Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• 3-8 years of experience in trading support or a similar technical role
• Strong technical expertise in Linux environments and Python
• Proven track record of driving operational improvements and delivering results as part of a team
• Clear and effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced trading environment
• A practical mindset with a passion for building simple, scalable automation solutions
• A proactive attitude, with the ability to enhance systems while working within real-world constraints
