Job Description
We are looking for an experienced production support professional to join the TechOps team in Hong Kong. The main responsibility of the team is to provide Level 1 and Level 2 support on the FICC and EQD Front to Back Office systems.
Requirements
- Degree/Master degree in IT, Computer Science of related fields
- Around 5 years of experience of relevant system support experience
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Proficiency in Linux server commands and shell scripts
- Good understanding of server and network infrastructure
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Very strong attention to details
- Able to work under pressure
