Immigration and Border Governance International Consultant

International Organization for Migration (IOM) seeks a Category B Consultant to support the Department of Immigration (DOI) in the Republic of the Marshall Islands in developing a DOI Strategic Plan 2027-2032, reviewing and translating existing International Border Management (IBM) and MIDAS assessments into practical reform priorities, and strengthening interagency coordination arrangements.
