Job Description
The Accountant serves as a strategic partner in IPM, providing accurate, timely, and reliable financial information. This position requires handling confidential information and complying with numerous deadlines.
Requirements
- Review project proposals to ensure IPM's financial interests are protected
- Manage IPM's Accounts Receivable, including preparing customer invoices and following up on past due invoices
- Act as a resource to consultants, assisting with the financial control of their projects
- Support month-end activities and annual budgeting process
- Manage IPM's corporate insurance policies and complete annual audit and renewal tasks
