Associate Director Regional Clinical Operations (Oncology- Southeast)

The Associate Director Regional Clinical Operations will direct and manage projects and/or multi-project programs ensuring quality of deliverables are on time and within budget. The candidate will develop project plans, review budgets, and supervise project management information systems.

Requirements

• Manage project scope, objectives, timelines, and quality of deliverables
• Develop and implement project plans for all phases of the project
• Review and manage project budget to meet financial and company goals
• Supervise maintenance of project management information and data tracking systems
• Evaluate impact of risks and develop quality and risk management plans
• Develop and implement continuous improvement processes for assigned projects
• Participate in RFP development and sales/proposal presentations
• Provide technical expertise and project management experience to Project Manager(s) and training efforts
