Business Controller

Role Overview

We're looking for an analytical and proactive financial professional to make a real impact in a fast-growing scale-up environment. As Business Controller, you'll focus on strategic financial insights, forecasting, and supporting our growth.

What You Will Do

Advise the CFO and management team on financial strategies, prepare financial analyses, develop dashboards, identify cost savings, and perform forecasting and budgeting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Financial Controlling, Business Controlling, or a similar role
• Experience in start-up/scale-up tech companies or a scale-up mindset
• Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• Experience with Power BI and/or other data analysis tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent Dutch
