Business Controller

Role Overview

We are looking for an analytical and proactive financial professional to make a real impact in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

What You Will Do

Advise the CFO and management team on financial strategies, prepare financial analyses, and develop dashboards to drive business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Financial Controlling, Business Controlling, or a similar role
• Experience in start-up/scale-up tech companies or having a scale-up mindset
• Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• Experience with Power BI and/or other data analysis tools
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate financial insights into clear, strategic advice
• Dutch fluency
