Job description
iRhythm is seeking an experienced Director, Procurement to lead and scale the procurement function to support the growth of the business and to bring best practices to the management of $100M in annual Direct & Indirect purchases.
Lead and scale the procurement function, implement best practices, work as a strategic business partner, develop risk management strategies, oversee the indirect purchasing team, and lead a high-performing Procurement team.
This role requires action orientation, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and effective communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and minimum 10 years of experience in procurement operations and strategic sourcing, with medical device, pharma, or biotech experience.
