
Job description
We are seeking a high-performing, field-based Territory Manager who will be responsible for accelerating growth by acquiring new business, expanding iRhythm's footprint across key health systems, and capturing market share within a defined geographic territory.
Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic targeting of EPs, cardiologists, and healthcare administrators within hospitals, IDNs, and private practices. Develop and execute a territory growth plan that emphasizes market penetration, product adoption, and long-term customer value.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in medical device sales, is highly strategic, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
