People Partner (m/w/x) Munich / part time

We are looking for an engaged People Partner / HR Manager to care for and develop our HR topics with a lot of personal initiative. Your tasks will include managing operational HR work, recruiting, employment contracts, and ensuring reliable and legally secure HR processes.

Requirements

• First to several years of experience in the HR field with a generalist focus
• Very good knowledge of operational HR work and recruiting
• Basic knowledge of German employment law
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Hands-on mentality and pleasure in driving topics yourself
• Empathetic and approachable appearance
• Very good German and very good English skills
