Requirements
- Minimum Experience: Senior Manager/Supervisor
- Deep understanding of social platforms, formats and behaviours across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging channels
- Proven ability to lead creative teams and deliver culturally relevant, high-performing social work
- Strong conceptual thinker with a track record of ideas that travel across platforms and audiences
- Experience shaping and winning new business, turning creative vision into compelling pitches
- Background working on major brands in fast-paced environments, balancing speed with high creative standards
- Strong experience collaborating with influencers and creators to produce authentic, platform-native content
- Confident presenter, able to sell ideas to senior clients and stakeholders with clarity and conviction
