Analyst, Supply Planning

Role Overview

Support Supply Chain strategies and objectives by developing and maintaining accurate supply plans. Collaborate with Regional Supply Planning Manager and Regional Demand Planning Manager to support end-to-end supply chain process and strategy.

What You Will Do

Manage inventory levels, balance warehouses, make supply purchase recommendations, and contribute to monthly regional S&OP process. Provide regional inventory projections, target setting recommendations, and develop action plans to achieve financial targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management and/or supply planning
• Understanding of Supply Planning principles and best practices
• Ability to utilize multiple data sources to deliver accurate and reliable reporting and analytics
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently in a proactive manner
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong written & verbal communication skills in English and Japanese
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and assign effective priorities to tasks
• Ability to develop clear action plans and drive processes with numerous interdependencies
• Advanced skills in Excel, with skills in PowerPoint, Word
• Working knowledge of Oracle ERP systems
• Anaplan experience is a plus
