Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager for Food/Supplements to shape the future of sports nutrition. As a key position, you will be responsible for developing innovative products, conducting market research, and establishing supplier relationships.
Requirements
- Completed degree in food technology, ecotrophology, nutritional sciences, or a comparable qualification
- Solid professional experience in product development in the field of food, functional food, or dietary supplements
- In-depth knowledge of current food and fitness trends
- Knowledge of food law (LMIV, health claims, novel foods, etc.) desirable
- Analytical thinking, organizational skills, and a structured approach to work
- Creativity, innovative spirit, and a strong affinity for healthy eating and sports
- Confident use of MS Office; knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, negotiating skills, and team spirit
- Business fluent English; German skills are a plus
