Head of R&D - Food/Supplements/Nutrition (m/f/d)

Requirements

• Completed degree in food technology, nutritional science, home economics, business administration with a focus on food/nutrition, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in product management, product development, or brand management with a strong focus on supplements, nutrition, or functional foods
• Excellent understanding of formulations, raw materials, manufacturing processes, and product costing
• Experience in managing complex development projects and high product volumes
• Strong brand understanding and a keen sense for target groups, trends, and performance products
• Structured, independent, and results-oriented work style
• Ability to professionally lead teams and development areas and to prioritize clearly
• Strong communication skills, decisiveness, and a hands-on mentality
• Fluent in English
