Lead Applications Developer SME (on-site)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Applications Developer SME to support the Command and Control (C2) Afloat Integration Support (C2AIS) for the U.S. Coast Guard Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber and Intelligence Service Center (C5ISC) in Portsmouth, VA. This role will manage the supported systems of the C5ISC and provides services to include system engineering, software engineering, hardware engineering, network engineering, test engineering, electronic engineering, and technical writing.

What You Will Do

Provides advanced technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environment, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and training. Participates in all phases of software and hardware development with emphasis on planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, training, and presentation phases.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Requires 10 years of C4IT systems engineering experience or 8 years with a Master's Degree. Must have an active DoD security clearance and be a U.S. citizen.

Requirements

• Four-year Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited University in the field of Business, Law, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering
• 10 years of C4IT systems engineering experience
• Active DoD security clearance
• U.S. citizenship
