Contracts Counsel

Corporate Counsel – Contracts & Compliance to join our growing team, providing practical legal guidance on commercial contracting, risk management, and operational decision support. The role will play a critical role in managing customer agreements, negotiating contract language, and supporting the business through complex commercial and compliance-related matters.

Requirements

• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 4+ years of experience in commercial contracting, corporate law, technology transactions, or related legal practice areas.
• Strong experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements and customer contract redlines.
• Ability to provide business-oriented legal guidance in fast-paced operational environments.
• United States Citizenship required.
