Buildings Structural Engineer

Join ISL's Buildings Team as a Junior/Intermediate Structural Engineer to work on complex, multidisciplinary building projects across Western Canada. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of structural systems, materials, and project types, and contribute to collaborative projects with experienced engineers and multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a Civil engineering program.
• Registration, or eligibility for registration, as an E.I.T
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant local or international structural engineering experience.
• Familiarity with structural analysis software (e.g., Risa, S-Frame, RFEM, WoodWorks Sizer or other similar)
• Knowledge and application of structural theory, the National Building Code of Canada (NBC 2020), and Canadian Design Standards (O86, S16, A23.3)
