Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Waiter/ess onboard Viking Ocean Cruises. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient food and beverage operations, maintaining high productivity, quality, and guest-service standards, and creating a friendly, guest-orientated service culture.
Requirements
- 2 years' experience as a Waiter or similar position in an International 5 Star hospitality environment
- Shipboard experience in the position
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Flexible, stress resistant, and a committed team player with an exceptional work ethic
- Guest-focused, service-oriented, positive personality, professional appearance, and impeccable hygiene standards
