
Job description
The Learning Support Lead is responsible for the leadership, management, and coordination of the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) provision within Tenby International Secondary School. The role involves ensuring that students with SEND receive high-quality, tailored support to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
The Learning Support Lead will have teaching time with SEND students and EAL classes as part of the broader TLC timetable. They will plan and deliver targeted learning sessions for SEND students, lead EAL classes, and conduct regular assessments of SEND and EAL students.
This role requires a strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment and supporting diverse learning needs.
