Corporate Counsel

We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Corporate Counsel to join our dynamic Legal team in Mumbai. The Corporate Counsel will be responsible for providing legal services and advice to ISS STOXX and its subsidiaries, with a focus on providing legal support to the company’s global sales team in connection with the drafting, negotiation, and review of complex commercial agreements.

Requirements

• LL.B. or J.D. degree from a top-tier law school
• Excellent academic record and member in good standing of the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience at a top law firm and/or as in-house counsel
• Ability to review, analyze, and draft contract provisions in support of the negotiation of complex commercial agreements
• Ability to lead the negotiation of complex commercial agreements and work effectively with client’s counsel as well as internal stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, organizational, time management, and communication skills
