
Job description
Join a growing team as an Account Executive, focusing on building customer relationships, managing onboarding processes, and providing first-line support. Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, you will deliver high-level customer service and handle onboarding and KYC procedures.
Act as the main point of contact for customers, provide first-line support, educate clients on product features, collect due diligence documentation, and build strong client relationships.
Ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in customer support, account management, or client-facing roles, with a strong understanding of cryptocurrency fundamentals and banking regulations.
