Payments Manager

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a Payments Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of payment processing for their high-volume B2C operations. The successful candidate will ensure smooth, secure, and effective payment transactions across multiple geographies, payment methods, and currencies.

What You Will Do

Manage day-to-day payment processing, collaborate with developers, troubleshoot integration issues, oversee reconciliations and settlements, develop payment KPIs and reports, and partner with Customer Service to resolve payment-related issues.
