CCTV Technician I

ITC Defense is seeking a CCTV Technician I to provide day-to-day operational support for CCTV, IP video surveillance, and electronic access control systems in CYP facilities. The technician will perform hands-on installation, configuration, and testing of IP cameras, VMS software, access control devices, and associated IT equipment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to travel 50-75% to both CONUS and OCONUS locations
• Prior experience with hardware/software support in a network environment preferred
• Familiarity with computer hardware, software, and networking principles, specifically CCTV, video surveillance, or electronic access control systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• At least one year of computerized systems experience, specifically with network protocols and UNIX and Windows-based operating systems
