Program Analyst Journeyman

Role Overview

ITC Defense is seeking a Program Analyst to support the successful execution of defense programs within a dynamic government contracting environment. This position contributes to program performance, operational effectiveness, and business operations by supporting key program management activities and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do

Support program management activities, monitor and analyze task order requirements, develop and maintain task order budgets, track and report financial performance metrics, develop dashboards and financial reports, review and coordinate contract and subcontract deliverables, and support subcontract management activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in project control, program management, financial analysis, or related business operations support within a government contracting environment
• At least two (2) years of direct experience supporting government contracts, including exposure to subcontract or vendor management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel functions
• Working knowledge of project budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting principles
• Active or Interim DoD Secret Clearance, or eligibility to obtain one
